Before you write
What to tell us
The more of this you can share in the first message, the sharper the proposal that comes back. None of it is required to start a conversation, and two lines about the process is a perfectly good first message.
If you are not sure
Send what you have. The engineer who picks the enquiry up asks for the rest, and the target class or grade is confirmed from the process rather than guessed at.
What runs in the room, for example oral solids, sterile fill-finish, a BSL containment lab, PCB or battery assembly. This is what fixes the class and the airflow direction.

Your floor area
The rough footprint in square metres, and whether it is a new build, an expansion or a retrofit inside a live facility.

Your target class or grade
If you already know it, tell us the ISO 14644 class or EU-GMP grade. If you do not, describe the work and our engineers confirm the target with you.
A cleanroom enquiry usually stalls on one unanswered question: what actually happens once the form is sent. This is the run, every time, whatever the size of the project.
If you are building to EU-GMP, US-FDA, WHO-GMP or cGMP expectations, say so in the first message. Regulators inspect a facility rather than certify a room, so the framework you are inspected against shapes the classification, the pressure cascade and the qualification dossier from the first sketch onward. None of that is settled in the first email. It is the shape of the document you end up with, so you can see what is being priced and what is not.

What runs in the room, how much floor area it needs, and which standard inspects it. A cleanroom quote written without those three answers is a guess, so the questions come first.

A scoped proposal, not a brochure
A written scope built from your answers: the governing standard, the target ISO 14644 class or EU-GMP grade, the delivery scope from design to handover, and the DQ, IQ, OQ and PQ qualification plan. Then we refine it with you until the scope fits your process and the inspection you are building toward.

Statutory
For investors
Shareholder, compliance and grievance queries do not belong on this form. They go to the investor relations section, which carries the statutory contacts and everything we are required to disclose. If you are running due diligence on a large, regulated build, that section is the place to start. It is where you can check the governance record of the cleanroom company you are about to sign with, before you sign anything.
Board composition, committee structure, shareholding pattern and results are published there rather than sent on request. Shareholder correspondence is addressed to the role of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, not to an individual.
Send your industry and a short description of the process. Add a rough floor area, and whether it is a new build or a retrofit. If you know your target ISO class or GMP grade, tell us. If not, our engineers confirm it from the process.
It is read by the cleanroom engineering team, not a sales queue. It is then matched to the engineer whose scope it fits. What comes back is a scoped proposal naming the governing standard, the target class or grade, the delivery scope and the qualification plan.
We reply within one working day, and an engineer picks it up rather than a call centre. That first reply opens the conversation and scopes the work. Delivery lead time is a separate question. It depends on the class, the area and the scope, and we confirm that once we understand the project.
Yes. Say in your message that a specification or tender pack is ready. The engineer who picks up the enquiry asks for it, and replies with a direct line to send it to. A written specification tightens the first proposal, but a short note on the process and floor area is enough to begin.

It helps to say whether it is a bare shell, an expansion or a live facility. Drawings tighten the scope where they exist, but they are not a condition of getting a reply.
Investor, shareholder and compliance queries go through the investor relations section, not this contact form. That section carries the statutory contacts and the disclosures the company is required to publish. Sending them here only adds a step.
One message is enough to start. Tell us what the room has to do and who inspects it, and an engineer takes it from there. None of it has to be final. The first message only has to carry enough for an engineer to ask you the right questions back.
