Financial results

Each results set comes in two forms. The standalone financial statements cover Fabtech Cleanrooms Limited on its own; the consolidated financial statements bring in the results of the company together with any subsidiaries it consolidates. Annual results are audited and carry the statutory auditor's report; quarterly results are published as reviewed or audited per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The board approves each set at a board meeting, the company intimates the exchanges of that approval, and the approved statements are then filed and hosted here. The intimation and outcome of each results board meeting is a separate disclosure, filed under Regulation 30, and those notices are indexed on the stock-exchange disclosures page.
