Investor relations

Investor contacts

If you hold shares in Fabtech Cleanrooms (FABCLEAN, listed on the BSE), or you are acting for a shareholder, this page tells you exactly who to write to. Two offices handle investor matters, and which one you need depends on the question. The company's own compliance office handles grievances, disclosures and anything about the company itself. The registrar and share transfer agent, an independent firm appointed by the company, handles anything tied to your actual shareholding: share transfers, dematerialisation, changes to your bank or address details, and unclaimed dividends.

  • FABCLEAN · BSE 544332
  • CIN L74999MH2015PLC265137
  • Reg 46 particulars 10, 11 and 23

Send your query to whichever of the two matches it and you will reach the right desk first time. If you are unsure, the compliance office below can point you to the registrar, and the registrar can point you back to the company.

The Company Secretary and Compliance Officer is the person a shareholder writes to when a grievance is not resolved by the registrar, and is also the officer authorised to determine whether an event or piece of information is material and must be disclosed to the stock exchanges. We are showing the role rather than an individual name here while the current appointment is confirmed.

Registrar and share transfer agent

Anything that touches the shares themselves goes to the registrar and share transfer agent (RTA). The RTA maintains the register of members, processes transfers and transmissions, handles dematerialisation and rematerialisation, and updates your recorded bank mandate, nominee and address. For a demat holding, raise routine changes with your depository participant first; the RTA handles what sits on the company's register.

What to send where

  • Company Secretary and Compliance Officer
Write here about the company rather than about your own holding. This is the office Regulation 46 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 has in mind when it requires a listed company to publish an email address for grievance redressal, particular 10, and the contact details of the Key Managerial Personnel authorised to determine the materiality of an event, particular 23.
  • Registrar and share transfer agent
Write here about the holding itself, because the registrar is the office that acts on the register. The same regulation requires contact information for investor grievances to be published, particular 11, and the registrar block above carries it in full.

This page is where the company's general contact page sends every investor and shareholder query. The board, committee, financial and policy disclosures they support sit in the wider investor relations section.
