Annual report
One document each year sets out how Fabtech Cleanrooms did, how it is governed, where the board is taking the business, and the audited financial statements behind all of it. That document is the annual report. The annual secretarial compliance report is issued by a Practising Company Secretary under Regulation 24A of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations. It certifies, among other things, that the company has complied with its website-disclosure and other listing obligations for the year. For anyone weighing the company's governance discipline, it is the independent cross-check that ties the rest of these filings together.
